Hodlar gives its customers a warranty of upto 10 years subject to certain terms and conditions. Kindly read through below.

How can I claim warranty?

What are the prerequisites of the Hodlar warranty?
The client is expected to posess a digital / physical proof of complete payment and the handover document duly signed, during warranty claim.

Is the warranty transferrable to another individual?
No, the warranty is not transferrable to another individual.

What if I lose the aforesaid documents?
No need to worry! In case you lose the aforesaid documents, you may contact the customer care and request for the same.
Do you provide service after warranty period?
Yes we do. Charges are applicable for both service and materials.
Hodlar will honor its warranty when:

The product delivered, is used and maintained appropriately.

The product is owned by the same individual to whom it was delivered.

The product is not moved from it's original position. The warranty is not applicable even if the products are moved or re-configured as per client instruction during installation.

The product is under warranty and under Hodlar general terms and conditions.

The product is installed as delivered without any alterations.
Hodlar warranty excludes:

Labour, transportation, installation, miscellanious charges or any damage that we think might have arisen due to negligence or natural wear and tear.

When any product/equipment/devise is used in conjuction with Hodlar product in contrary to it's specified method of use.

When any product is used inappropriately/misued/altered/exposed to exreme heat/exposed to water or moisture continuously/exposed to any chemicals etc.

Normal wear and tear like chipping/cuts/scratch/fading etc.​

Warranty general terms and conditions:

Warranty shall be honoured solely at the discretion of Hodlar after inspection of the defected parts. Hodlar reserves the right to accept or reject the warranty based on its inspection of parts.

Warranty on all hardware is limited to a maximum of one year only. Replacement of hardware after warranty period is chargeable.

Upto ten years warranty is applicable on the modular boxes for manufacturing defects.

None of the electrical items/works that is part of the installation is covered under warranty.

Once a part is replaced, the warranty for the same is applicable only for the rest of the period of replacement from the original date of warranty.

Hodlar reserve the rights to change its warranty policies in its efforts to improve customer service.

All repairs and replacements will be done with the available material at the time of claim. In case the material in question is not availabe a closest similar available one shall be used.

Hodlar will ensure that the replacement/repair is carried out within a reasonable time and shall not be liable for any direct/indirect loss or damage arising of it under any circumstances.

All disputes shall be in Bengaluru jurisdiction.
